Getting ready with the people around you
The preparation photographs have their own energy. Tanika and her bridal party gathered in pale pink robes, with yellow accents and plenty of movement around the room. Alongside the quieter portraits, these photographs keep the company and excitement that surrounded her before the ceremony.

An outdoor ceremony in Hopeland
The ceremony took place outdoors, with a floral arch framing the couple and guests gathered close by. Their walk back along the aisle makes a very different photograph from the portrait beneath the veil: here the wider frame keeps the guests, colour and celebration in the picture.

Portraits with room to be together
For the couple portraits, the gallery moves between close details and wider compositions. The seated photograph includes the steps, timber fence and palms around them, while the veil portrait brings the attention back to their expressions. Seeing both gives the finished collection a sense of place as well as a record of the two people at its centre.

Keeping the reception in the story
The reception photographs bring another change of pace. Tanika and Gevon raise their hands together beneath the timber ceiling, with the wedding dress and dark suit set against the room. It is a reminder to leave enough coverage for the celebration after the ceremony, if that part of the day matters to you.

Planning your own Barbados wedding photographs
Start with the parts of the day you want to remember, then match the coverage to the actual schedule. Preparation, ceremony, portraits and reception each need space in the plan. Our Barbados wedding photography packages explain the coverage options and what is delivered. You can also explore the wedding portfolio or ask about your date with your location and the outline of your plans.
